聚氨酯筛板：
聚氨酯筛板设计灵活，结构多样，安装方式简便，常见的有轨座式（也叫锁扣式，根据锁扣的样式不同，又细分为几种），用轨座锁紧筛板，筛机筛壁两侧再用侧压木和楔块固定，也可用销钉或者用螺栓配合压板直接固定于筛机上。可以局部更换（可以做成小块，只需更换损坏的部分,减少浪费），不光成本降低也大大减少了维护的成本和时间。聚氨酯筛板重量轻，负载小，噪音低，由于聚氨酯的无磁性，弹性好，再加上合理的设计，和多年来的经验，筛板的自洁性非常好，几乎完全不堵孔，大大提高了筛分效率，降低的筛机的负载，对于筛机也起到了保护的作用，并且大大降级能耗，综合来看聚氨酯筛板单耗更低，效率更高。筛孔从最小 0.25mm 条缝，到最大 100x100 方孔，各种型号和样式。
A.PU sizing screen panel & screen plate
Our mature modular products “PU sizing screen panels”, such as series of 610x610, 610x305series, 305x305. According to the customer to open the size of the hole and the module, we can also produce personalized products. The hole could be standard slot, square, oblong, circular, hexagon, Polygon and so on. The hole size could be as small as 0.25mm，and the square hole could be bigger than 100x100mm。The PU sizing screen panels are fixed by the PU fixing rails, dowel, side Clamp bar and wedges.
Features
There are so many different sizes to meet various requirements. Instead of replacing the all panel, partial replacement could reduce maintenance costs. They are light loading, light noise, high self-cleaning and no hole-blocked. The hole size could be small as 0.25mm, or bigger than 100x100mm.
